Should you need to return a product to us

A Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. To receive an RMA number, please email support@soundmatters.com.

We’ll provide the appropriate address and ask that you return it to us postage prepaid and insured via parcel post, FedEX or UPS. Be sure to clearly identify the RMA number on the outside of the box, near the shipping label so that our receiving department will easily see it.

Items returned under our web store 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee must be in like-new condition with all original packaging, accessories and materials.
